What is Haliborange Effervescent Vitamin C?
Haliborange Effervescent Vitamin C tablets are a daily vitamin which can help you to be sure that your body is getting all of the Vitamin C it needs every day. These tablets dissolve in water, making them easy to take, and have a delicious orange flavour that the whole family will love.

How much vitamin C is in these tablets?
Haliborange Effervescent Vitamin C tablets contain 1000mg of Vitamin C. The NHS recommends that adults need 40mg of Vitamin C every day, meaning that these tablets contain 25 times daily the amount your body needs, without being too much for your body to handle.
How to take Haliborange Effervescent Vitamin C
Dissolve one Haliborange Effervescent Vitamin C in a glass of water and drink right away. Do this once a day. Do not take more than the recommended daily dose.
When should Haliborange Effervescent Vitamin C not be used?
Haliborange Effervescent Vitamin C tablets are not suitable for use by children under the age of 12. Do not take this product if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients. Food supplements should not be used in place of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Speak to your doctor or Chemist 4 U pharmacist before using this product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any other medication, or have an underlying health condition.

The Reference Nutrient Intake (RNI – the amount considered to be enough to meet most people's needs) of vitamin C during pregnancy is 50mg per day, which is 25% more than you would normally need .
This increases even further when breastfeeding, to a recommended 70mg per day.
This product contains 1000mg of Vitamin C in each tablet, so will cover all of the Vitamin C you need.
